Enable real-name registration:
a. Username and ID number cannot be empty.
b. The ID number must not be invalid or duplicated.

Enable password complexity:
a. Passwords cannot contain the username.
b. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and consist of a combination of three or more types of characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Password change reminder interval, in days:
a. 0: No reminders.
b. Once enabled, regardless of the interval in days, new users and users whose passwords have been modified by the administrator will be prompted to change their passwords upon first login.

The current supported password encryption algorithm is: SHA256
